Fabrication
We will fabricate the signs to meet the highest standards of quality materials and workmanship. All signs will be manufactured to meet or exceed the N.E.C. and U.L. Electrical requirements.
Installation

Maintenance
A well-maintained, fully lit, and clean sign is an absolute necessity for the preservation of your business image. Patterson Signs can provide lighting and cleaning service on an as-needed basis, or a maintenance program can be tailored to fit your needs.
Our System & How It Works
We will communicate directly with you for your signs vision & budgetary purposes. We will then produce a proposal & agreement for your review. Upon your approval, we will perform a site survey in order to produce accurate, to scale preliminary drawings (with specifications) for your review & approval. Once this is approved, we then complete the drawing package with all of the requirements for the landlords or property managments approvals & permitting process.
