To get started, we will need the following:

We will produce a preliminary drawing for budget purposes, and once we have your approval we will submit our proposal & agreement. Upon approval and deposit received we can produce the formal full set of drawings with specifications for your review & approval. Once approved we will submit to the property manager for their approval, and then we can go to the City for permits. Once permits are secured, we then can enter your job into our production schedule.
